Return and Refund Policy
At Ons Collective, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return or refund:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.
If a product is damaged due to use, mishandling, or normal wear and tear, we will not offer a refund or replacement.
Any return request must be made within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Once your return is approved and the item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
If you receive the wrong item or a product that arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
