Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders using PUDO.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Once your order has been processed, it will be sent to your selected PUDO locker or delivery point. Customers will receive a notification from PUDO with instructions on how to collect their parcel.

Estimated delivery time is usually 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct locker or delivery point when placing their order. Ons Collective will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Once the parcel has been handed over to PUDO, delivery times are managed by the courier service and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
